What is HDBM anyway?

We started in 2012 and in that time have been joined by more than 6,000 business mums. We meet regularly and have an active Facebook group where mums share ideas, challenges and recommendations. We have a strict policy of no unsolicited business promotion so you can feel supported, not spammed.  There are many opportunities to promote your business differently, and to review, refer and recommend other businesses and business mums. You will also get to meet other business mums in person at our monthly networking events and workshops. Why not join us now?

Meet Caroline Bagga, Hills District Business Mums Founder

Hi! I’m Caroline Bagga, mum to three beautiful girls and the Founder of Hills District Business Mums. I am passionate about empowering other women to succeed in business and life.

I had a successful corporate career in marketing, working in London and Sydney. My role connected me with small businesses and entrepreneurs who never ceased to inspire me. I loved my job but when children came along my priorities changed.

I turned to yoga - my long-time passion - and started Mother Nurture Yoga, which is now Sydney's leading Pregnancy Yoga School. Even with a background in marketing, I was constantly learning on the job so I created HDBM as a way to learn and connect with other business mums.

I met women who were passionate, dedicated and hardworking. Like me, they were looking for business education, motivation and meaningful networking. Being a business mum can be lonely.

HDBM is much more than just another networking group. It’s a community of like-minded women who are here to inspire each other, to learn and grow together.

I hope you will join us and look forward to meeting you.

 xx Caroline
